Kohler Rite-Temp Thermostatic Valve Kit with Loose Service Stops | K-28304-KSL

Rite-Temp thermostatic kit includes the valve body, thermostatic cartridge, rough-in guide, mudguard and test cap. Loose service stops with integral check valves are supplied as an uninstalled kit.

The 1/2-inch universal NPT and direct-sweat connections serve the inlets and outlets. Maximum flow is 9 gpm at 45 psi. Use showerheads or handsprays rated at least 1.5 gpm.

Valve trim is sold separately. The cartridge is reversible for reversed hot and cold supplies. With the cartridge removed, use the included test cap to flush and pressure-test the installed rough-in up to 150 psi with air or water. Follow Kohler's instructions for wall support, rough-in depth and the specified pressure differential.
