Kohler Rite-Temp Pressure-balancing Valve Kit with PEX Crimp Inlets | K-8304-PXSH

Rite-Temp kit includes the valve body, pressure-balance cartridge, rough-in guide, mudguard and test cap. It has 1/2-inch PEX Crimp (F1807 style) inlets and a maximum flow rate of 5 gpm at 45 psi.

Valve trim is sold separately. The reversible cartridge supports reversed hot and cold supplies; the rough-in guide supports standard and thin-wall installations.

Using the included test cap without the cartridge, the installed rough-in can be flushed and pressure-tested to a maximum of 150 psi with air or water. Avoid cross-flow conditions and do not install a shut-off device on either outlet. Cap the shower outlet when a deck-mount spout, diverter or handshower is connected to the spout outlet. Follow the official installation instructions.
