Purist trim includes a faceplate and metal cross handle. The single handle controls on/off activation and temperature setting.
Trim only; a compatible K-8304 series Rite-Temp valve and cartridge kit is a separately sold installation option listed by Kohler. Valve components are not included with this trim. Follow the specification and trim installation guide to select the complete valve arrangement and rough-in depth.
Long trim screws can damage a K-2971-KS valve. Consult the installation guide to determine whether thin-wall kit 88526 or the optional K-10350 deep rough-in kit is needed.
